Kyle B. McDonough

Prior to founding Tower Capital, LLC, Kyle spent four years at Artemis Realty Capital, LLC where he served as Director and Member of the Investment Committee. While at Artemis, Kyle assisted in launching a closed end fund which provided short-term loans on certain types of commercial real estate assets in the Southwestern United States. While at Artemis, Kyle was directly involved in the execution of over $165 million in investments for Artemis which included funding of over 6,500 value-add multifamily units in the Southwestern United States.

Preceding Artemis, Kyle served as Vice President at Merrill Lynch where he held a series 6, 63, 66, 7 and Life and Health Licenses. In addition to evaluating potential investments for his clients, he also originated construction and CMBS loans for Merrill’s debt platform. Earlier in his career, Kyle worked at New York Life providing long-term investment analysis, retirement planning and corporate benefits.

Kyle is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He graduated with a degree in Business Management from Arizona State University with an emphasis in finance, investments and marketing.

Adam S. Finkel, CCIM

Prior to founding Tower Capital, Adam served as Vice President at Johnson Capital, one of the country’s top real estate capital advisory firms with 20 locations nationwide. There he was involved in the successful placement of over $360 million in bridge and permanent structured financing on behalf of commercial real estate investors and property owners throughout North America.

Prior to Johnson Capital, Adam was with Travers Realty Corporation, a regional commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Los Angeles. At Travers, Adam was one of the founding agents of the West Los Angeles office. He subsequently took the position of Designated Broker and Managing Director for Travers’ Phoenix office. During his tenure, his Arizona team completed over 500,000 square feet of leasing and sale transactions for local, national, and international clients throughout the state.

Adam began his real estate career with Levrose Real Estate and Investments, a boutique commercial brokerage firm located in Scottsdale, Arizona. At Levrose, he negotiated over 300 commercial real estate transactions which included office, industrial, and retail properties.

In 2014, Adam earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a title held by only a small group of elite commercial real estate investment professionals. He is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Adam graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Administration and Communications. He holds a Real Estate Broker’s License in Arizona and a Sales License in California.

George Maravilla

George Maravilla spearheads Tower Capital’s Equity and Development platform.

Prior to joining Tower Capital, George spent 14 years at DMB Associates, Inc., a renowned real estate development firm, where he most recently served as Director of Finance. The company specializes in large scale master planned communities, golf courses, multifamily, office, retail and mixed-use projects throughout Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Utah.  At DMB he was responsible for managing project level financial risk and created sophisticated financial models that were utilized to establish the appropriate development strategy.  He also created long-term capital plans, project life cycle capitalization, deal structuring, and was in charge of investor/partner reporting.  Furthermore, he evaluated new opportunities in a wide range of residential and commercial asset classes having underwritten more than $700M in potential acquisitions and vertical developments during his time at DMB.

Prior to DMB, George was in technology doing Financing Planning & Analysis for companies including Yahoo!, Excite@Home and Plantronics.

George is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).  He graduated with a degree in Accounting from Arizona State University with an emphasis in computer information systems and philosophy.

Vin Basa

Prior to joining Tower Capital, Vin worked as a capital advisor at a Scottsdale-based finance company where he won accolades as the top loan producer for 4 years straight. There he was directly involved in the placement of over $100MM in senior loans and analyzed over $500MM in Construction, Bridge and Permanent structured finance primarily focused on the Phoenix Arizona market.

Vin began his Real Estate career in the Residential Fix & Flip / Wholesale industry with his company One Touch Homes, handling over $1MM in transactions.

Preceding Real Estate, Vin set records in the Home Security industry, including the top sales associate for ADT Authorized Dealer Executive Security.

Before Vin’s Real Estate and Home Security career, Vin was racing cars.  He started with Formula 2000 in Canada, and ended up in Formula Renault in Asia with numerous Track Records, Wins and Pole Positions.

Vin graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose Hulman, ranked number 1 in Engineering Programs by US News & World Report.

Donna Ransom

Donna is a 20-year real estate professional working in land banking, homebuilding acquisition, commercial project management, and master planned community land development. She brings a diverse, well rounded perspective to the team.

Donna started her real estate career at SunCor Development where she managed public / private infrastructure and subdivision improvements bidding, construction documentation, contractor lien compliance, insurance compliance, and assisted with budgeting and forecasting for approximately 11,000 acres in Palm Valley, Arizona. Donna’s responsibilities later expanded and included residential and commercial entitlement processing (including general plan and planned area development amendments), negotiating and documenting intergovernmental agreements, rezoning various properties, creating and administering master signage plans, creating and monitoring design guidelines, and identifying and obtaining various development related easements. She gained experience with public presentations before City Council, planning & zoning, and design review committees while obtaining entitlement approvals. She also managed title review and resolution for a 350-acre master planned community.

Capitalizing on her “developer experience”, Donna moved into the home building industry with Engle Homes. In her first three years at Engle, Donna was responsible for due diligence and land feasibility assessments as the Arizona Division’s operations expanded from 500 to 2,000 annual homes sales. Her responsibilities included the preparation and submission of appropriate documentation (including financial feasibility analysis and project risk assessment) to the Corporate Asset Management Group as well as regional oversight on land bank option and construction agreements.

Donna worked as a senior project manager at Evergreen Devco, where she managed the development of multiple neighborhood market stores including entitlements, due diligence, design, permitting, and budgeting on behalf of Fresh & Easy in Southern California.

Prior to joining Tower Capital, LLC, Donna spent four years at CDCG Asset Management, LLC as managing entitlements, development and lot disposition for their nearly $1.5 billion land bank investments.

Donna graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Design as part of the School of Architecture’s renowned Housing and Urban Development Program at Arizona State University.

Sean St. John

Sean St. John serves as senior analyst at Tower Capital. Prior to joining Tower, Sean held an analyst position at a Scottsdale-based finance company. In this role he underwrote all property types along with development, bridge, and permanent financing transactions.

Sean grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico and relocated to Arizona in 2002 where he attended and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Finance. Sean also earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix and began a career in corporate finance with a Fortune 100 company as a financial analyst where he underwrote over 1000 transactions.

In his downtime, Sean enjoys athletics, painting, and mentoring young people.

Lucy M. Schreck

Lucy is a 7 year finance and real estate professional, with experience in Wealth Management, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Retail Lending and Marketing. She brings a dynamic, positive, diverse mindset with a unique well rounded skill set, to the team.

Lucy began her career at Citibank in the Mortgage division, as a loan processor and coordinator. She quickly advanced into Mortgage Originations, with focus on Wealth Management investment clients looking to diversify their portfolios. Capitalizing on the operational experience she had within lending, she excelled as a Lending Associate working directly with the Producing Lending VP. Together, they were among the top 10 teams in the country within Citibank’s mortgage lending division and closed just shy of $100 million each year, in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Prior to joining Tower Capital, Lucy’s career path led her to the real estate market, where she moved into an Independent Transaction Coordinator role, for both commercial and residentials contracts. It was in this role that she really honed her skills in all aspects of real estate contracts… and was able to use her years of world class customer service experience to ensure that every transaction she picked up, is a seamless, smooth process for all parties involved.

Lucy is currently finishing up a Bachelors degree with a major in International Business, and a minor in Finance from Florida State College of Jacksonville.
